Does KaziPOS work without internet?
Yes, absolutely. KaziPOS functions 100% offline. You can continue to make sales, print receipts, and manage tables. All data automatically syncs to the cloud once your connection is restored.
How does the M-Pesa integration work?
It is fully integrated. When you select "M-Pesa" at checkout, you enter the customer phone number. A prompt (STK Push) is sent instantly to their phone. Once they pay, the system auto-completes the sale and prints the receipt. No manual verification needed.
Can I migrate my existing stock data?
Yes. We provide a simple Excel/CSV template. You can bulk upload thousands of products, including their buying prices, selling prices, and barcode numbers, in just a few minutes.
Is there a limit to the number of users?
